Dressing of HR Coil at HRCF DRESSING OF HR COIL- The jobs Dressing of chewed end, fish tail, damaged, open lap etc of coils in both the yard Gas cutting of inner / outer lap of HR Coil as per requiredment. Removal disposal of arising scrap in scrap wagon /dumper/designated place and to maintain its record duely signed by site I/C or shift I/cs. *
Loading of HR Coils /Adjustment at HRCF Loading of HR Coils /Adjustmentat HRCF The job involves opening /Closing and cleaning of floor of Wagons dunnagging i.e placement of wooden scantling prior to loading of HR Coils inside the wagon. loading of the Coils in the wagons and adjustment .Getting fitness of Rly wagons throgh Rly TXR within one hours of loading of wagons and to be handed over to Engg Incharge or his representative. *
Quality packaging of HR Coils at cf HRCF Quality packaging of HR Coil at HRCH by using pneumatic/mechanical tensioner or sealer for strapping of HR Coil with 0.8 mm/1.27 mm steel strap with edge protector as follows. There shall be Minimum 5 nos of strapping to eye at equal distance or as instructed by site Incharge/ Rly TXR.or as Minimum two nos of strapping around circumferance or as required fixing metal tag, stencele/ marking and sticker etc in each coil.. *
Sampling & restrapping of HR Colis HRCF Sampling and restrapping of HR Coils at HRCF-The job involves cutting of Samples of HR Coils on the size on the conveyors in CY <(>&<)> ACY. Restapping of HR Coils after sample cutting in CY&ACY in HRCF.Writing of all details of HR Coils e.g. Coils nos, size grade etcon each sample. Keeping the samples in a box properly and sending to sample section in HK bay.Keeping the record of sample cutting. Restrapping bin separate register (for C/S and S/Lines) . If due to any reason sample are not cut in the conveyor, it is to be cut in the yard on the same day. Any other dressing ,strapping of coils outside CY or ACY or any other specials activity as per requirement which is not regular in nature. *
Coil tracking HSM post-11 in HRCF Coil tracking HSM Post 11 in HRCF, The job involves 1. To Note down coil details for post 1 of HSM to ACY & CY. 2. To write down the coil details receiving at CY and ACY. 3. Assist in lifting the coil & place those coils in the designated area. 4. Enter the location of coil position in register & computer. *
Yard Management in HRCF Coil Yard Management in HRCF, The job involves 1) Reaggange the coils in the yard as & when required & re-enter the location. 2) Ensure that coils are kept in their designated area as per location plan. Prepare exception report on daily basis. 3) To check the coil position in conveyor and report.. 4) Dressing/sampling of lap cutting if required for yard arrangementcoil feeding <(>&<)> coil identification. 5) Defective coils identification & sending to loading area.. 6) Segregration of NCO coils as and when required. 7) Removal of Non-CRM coils from CRM I & II area. 8) Operation of post cabin as per requirement. *
Locating &placement of coils for loading i) To receive the loading programme of coils from Shift incharge ii) To locate the exact coils as per loading progrannes. iii) Indicate crane operator to lift the coils and shift it to loading area for loading after dressing packaging. iv) To make the telesheet of the coils loaded. v) To verify the loaded coils with yard Incharge/Shift incharge"
