No.-02, Construction of Marriage Hall Building in Zila Parisahd, Jamtara, Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.), Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineerin-charge, Supply & fixing 20A SPN MCB Industrial Socket Outlet Supply and fixing of 20A, 240V, SPN insustrial type socket outlet with 2 poles and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 amps 'C' series, SP MCCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess with chained metal cover for socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required, Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including rammimg and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and taxes all complete as per building specificetion and direction of E/I, Wiring for power plug with 2x4 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required, Wiring for Light point/fan point/exaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed PVC conduit, with modular type switch , Modular plate, suitable G.I boxes and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group-C, S/F Modular boxes , base & cover plate Supplying and fixing following size / modules GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 1 or 2 module (78 mm x 78 mm x 45 mm), Earth work in back filling the trenches after laying different types and size of pipes with earth removed dufing excavation within intial lead and lift as per specification and direction of E/I. ( For classification of soil item- A&B), Dismantling pucca brick or lime work including stacking servicable material incountable stack with in 15 m. lead and disposal of unservicable material, SAND(32 Km radius), Providing and layingCeramic glazed floor tilesof size 300x300 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.8% and conforming to IS 15622/ISO 13006 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 14 (1 cement4 corse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 Kg / sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pihments etc complete, AIR CONDITIONER-1.5 TONNE 5 Star split AC (INVERTER TYPE) IS-1391 Part 1, Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
