Supplier has to install dust bins into the coaches during scheduled maintenance at Washing Line /Sick Line. While installation necessary cutting works and other fitment activity should be done by the supplier as per the direction of CDO/ANVT. For installation of GI Dust bins in Coaches at various pit lines in ANVT Depot, tools and fixtures should be carrying by the supplier. Railway will not provide any tools and fixtures. Date of installation should be scribed on the dust bin with punching mark. After installation, Firm representative has to get certification for the installation from the concerned Rake in-charges/Supervisor. Railway will not be the responsible for any accident/ injury occurring to the labors employed by the firm/contractor while executing the work. Supplier is the wholly responsible for the safety and medical treatment of the labors who''''s employed by him. The firm/supplier shall not claim any wages from railways for injuries/accident of employed labors by himself. Before supply and installation firm should submit the suitable certifications as per PO. 80% of the total bill cost shall be made for the supply of Dustbins as per the prescribed description. Balance 20% of bill shall be made after the completion of dust bin installation work in nominated coaches with duly certificate for the completion of work from the concerned Rake-in- charges/Supervisor.
